Cancellation Policy

Your therapy times are reserved and kept exclusively for you. At Vienetta Medical Spa, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. However, we value your business and ask that you respect our cancellation policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24-hour notice. If the cancellation is within less than 24 hours, there will be a penalty fee of $25 per person.

The time of our clients and staff is valuable. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment during that time slot. Additionally, our staff is “on-call” and have traveled to the office specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

All services require a form of payment to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may not be honored or the treatment session may be cut short. If schedule allows, the treatment session may be honored partially or in full. The original reservation fee will be charged.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by texting or calling Milla at (952) 992-9386.
